If you are using a map or Internet maps, locate 7th Street and Maple Avenue. Spring Avenue does not appear on maps at this time.
Our address is 1 Spring Avenue in Lansdale, which is 100 yards northeast of the intersection of 7th St. & Maple Avenue. For visitor parking, make a left onto Spring Avenue from Maple Avenue and spaces are available on the left.
NOTE FOR TRUCK DRIVERS: Follow appropriate directions below. After making a turn onto Maple Avenue from 7th Street, make the first left turn onto 8th Street. From 8th Street, make an immediate right turn into our gravel parking lot. The loading dock is ahead and to the right.
From the Philadelphia International Airport:
From airport exit, follow signs to I-95 South. Take I-95 South to exit #7 (I-476 North). Proceed on I-476 North to the Mid County Interchange (approx. 19 miles). Go through the toll booth, bear left onto the PA Turnpike-Northeast Extension (I-476). Travel approximately 12 miles to the Lansdale exit (exit #31). Refer to directions below.
From the PA Turnpike (West of I-476 Interchange):
Exit from the Turnpike at exit #25A. Follow signs to PA Turnpike-Northeast Extension (I-476). Follow I-476 North for approximately 12 mile to the Lansdale exit #31. Refer to directions below.
From the PA Turnpike (East of I-476 Interchange):
Exit from the Turnpike at Exit #26 (Fort Washington). Make a right immediately after the toll booth and travel on Route 309 North. Follow 309 North to Route 63 (Welsh Road), approximately 4 miles. 100 yards before first traffic light, take the jug handle ramp (exit to the right to go left) to Route 63 West. Cross Route 202 and follow directions (below) from Route 202 and Route 63.
From the Lansdale Exit of the PA Turnpike-Northeast Extension (Exit #31):
After the toll booth, turn left at the light onto Sumneytown Pike. Proceed approximately 2 miles to Route 363 (also known as Valley Forge Road). Turn left onto 363. When the road dead ends (approximately 2 miles), turn right onto 8th Street. Follow 8th Street until it dead ends at Maple Avenue. Turn left onto Maple Avenue and we are the building 50 yards straight ahead.
* Trucks should turn left into gravel parking lot - 50 yards before reaching Maple Avenue. We have a sign on left for Shipping and Receiving Dock.
From Route 309& Broad Street:
From Route 309 Northbound, turn left onto Broad Street. From 309 Southbound, make a right turn. Follow Broad Street for approximately 3 miles to the third traffic light. At the third light, make a right onto 7th Street. At the next light, turn right onto Maple Avenue. We are the building at the end of Maple Avenue approximately 100 yards ahead.
From Route 202 & Route 63:
Follow Route 63 West to Broad Street (approximately 2-1/2 miles). Turn right onto Broad Street. Make a left at the first traffic light onto 7th Street. Turn right at next traffic light onto Maple Avenue. We are the building at the end of Maple Avenue approximately 100 yards ahead.
